Our Merchandise Return Policy
If there are product complaints reported by your recipient in the Philippines, please contact us at: customercare@ebuyphilippines.com within 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise by our courier service and we will investigate them promptly.
Merchandise return will be allowed only within 6 working days and after receiving our Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) with instructions how to return the merchandise No merchandise is returned without our corresponding RMA. After the merchandise has been received and acknowledged, a refund is made within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
