If you are an existing customer of eBuy Philippines Cyberstore with history of successful transactions within a period of one year, you simply login to your account with your unique user name and password. New Users can easily register for an account. After placing your order online, you must fill out and submit an Authorization Form together with a copy of your government issued ID and a copy of your credit/debit card. * For security reason, we may contact your recipient/beneficiary to ask for details to validate your transaction..
If you are making a payment for money remittance using a credit card issued by a bank not in the U.S. or if you are a resident of a country other than the U.S., you will be required to pay via PAYPAL.
3. How does beneficiary/recipient receive money?
Money is delivered within 24 – 48 hours from the time the money is credited into our account. For bank-to-bank transfer, beneficiary/recipient may inquire or verify from his/her bank regarding the deposit credit made to the account. Passbook can be updated for those with savings account. US dollar remittances are always converted to Philippines Pesos subject to exchange rates published in this website.

4. How much can I send online?
You may send up to US$1000 remittance for US customer and up to US$500 per user per 30-day period excluding the service fee.
5. In what currency will I be billed?
For credit card users in U.S., you will be billed in US Dollars. If you are outside the U.S. , eBuy Philippines will bill you in US Dollars but your credit card is charged in the local currency of your issuing bank or PAYPAL. Your actual charge will be determined by the exchange rate used by your credit card company.
6. How do I check status of my remittance transaction?
eBuy Philippines Cyberstore will automatically send you an email when the money is delivered to your beneficiary/recipient.
8. What restrictions are applicable in money remittance transactions?
eBuy Philippines Cyberstore prohibits the use of its money transfer services to directly or indirectly fund illegal activities including but not limited to money laundering, support of terrorist activities, fraudulent sales, solicitations, or theft. In compliance with the law, we are required to gather additional information in certain transactions that meet the criteria of corresponding regulations.
