NOTE: For international customers, we will have the option to send all your Prepaid Cards' PIN CODES to your email address and you must confirm receipt of PIN codes within 24 hours upon delivery.

GLOBE Prepaid cards if used outside the Philippines must be registered for international roaming.  Check the type of cellphone you are using if "locked" or "unlocked".  It must have at least PHP100 load balance in order to accept prepaid airtime by electronic loads.

Choose "PREPAID SHIPPING" during checkout.

It is non-refundable and non-replaceable. The value on the card must be consumed within two (2) months from first use.

How to load prepaid: 1. Dial 223 and press SEND. 2. Enter the first ten digits of the PIN and press #. 3. Enter the last 6 digist of the PIN and press #. 4. A voice prompt will then confirm that the reload attempt is succesful.

Balance Inquiry: 1. Dial 222 and press SEND. 2. You will receive a text update of your balance and remaining free texts.
