What does it do? Curad Scar Therapy permanently softens, smoothes and flattens scars, restoring skin to a more natural color and texture. It is effective on old and new scars on any part of the body, including the face. It is safe for sensitive skin and can be used by the whole family.
How does it work? Curad Scar Therapy stimulates natural skin regeneration by activating the circulation in the scar tissue. The flexible, breathable pads are easy to apply and comfortable to wear.
How long does it take? Clinical studies indicate visible effects after 8 weeks. For best results, wear a pad every day for up to 24 hours. Using them overnight only is possible, but may delay the results. Extending the treatment over more than 8 weeks may further improve the effect. The results vary from person to person and scar to scar.
Directions: How is it applied?
Wash and dry the scarred area. Cut pads to fit or apply side by side, depending on the size of the scar. Apply an adhesive pad directly on the scar. If needed, secure pad in place with fixation strip (included in package). Repeat this procedure daily using a new pad every day. Warnings: Do not use on open wounds or burns. Do not use on infants under 3 years of age to prevent the risk of ingestion and choking. The packaging of this product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. |
